Welcome to the club of breeders, owners and friends of hedgehogs.
The club of hedgehog breeders (KCHJ) was officially registered by the Ministry of the Interior on 28 March 2013.
The aim of the Club of Shepherd Breeders is to bring together breeders and lovers not only of the African Pygmy Hedgehogs, which are kept in the Czech Republic and Slovakia, but also of other species of hedgehogs and broodstocks kept in our homes. The club promotes the principles of correct and responsible breeding, educates not only members of the association but also the general public, especially in the field of breeding and health of hedgehogs. For more and more interest in these animals, the club also regularly organizes exhibitions. In addition, we work with wildlife rescue stations to protect wild hedgehogs and also cooperate with foreign clubs with a similar focus.
The club of hedgehog breeders is a non-profit organization. Its incomes are membership fees, donations and subsidies. All revenue will be used to meet the objectives of the association and its operations.
Benefits for club members are lower fees for administrative operations associated with the registration of hedgehogs and exhibitions, the members of the club are sent twice a year by e-mail Journal with dates of events of the club, articles on interesting topics related to hedgehog breeding and many others. We are also constantly negotiating with the suppliers of feed and livestock needs on favorable purchases for KCHJ members ...
There is also a Facebook page where you can discuss your "Hedgehog" with other members of the club, ask for advice or give good advice.
